TITLE:

Policy & Practices Manual

 

PURPOSE:

To insure uniform format for policies and practices documented in this manual.

Title:

The Title will clearly reflect the intent and essence of the policy or practice in a succinct manner.

 

Purpose:

The purpose will clearly state the reason or need for the policy or practice.

 

Revisions:

Any changes to a policy or practice must be documented with date and reference
the reason for change (By Laws, Meeting Minutes) including date and line.

 

Responsibility:

The Board of Directors is responsible to ensure that all new, or revisions to existing
policies and practices are in accordance with the By Laws of the Traditional Archers of Oregon.

 

The TAO Board of Directors is responsible for initial approval of all policies and practices in this manual.

 

The President and Secretary are responsible for maintaining this manual to reflect the input of the
Voting Members, Board of Directors, Executive Committee as documented by resolutions, corporate actions
and meeting minutes.  Revisions may be presented to the Board of Directors at the discretion of the
President and Secretary.

 

Template:

The template shown in this section shall be used to document all policies and practices incorporated
in this manual.  Paragraph headings listed are shown for consideration only.  Actual headings used
will depend on the content required.
