PURPOSE:

To place copies of SELECTED REPORTS in the hands of TAO Directors so that they may have ready reference to make decisions necessary to manage the affairs and activities of the corporation.

When T.A.O. became incorporated July 30, 2004, we received a handbook from corporate counsel, David E. Atkin entitled:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate Counselís (David Atkin) Letter to Directors and (4) selected Reports to Directors are included with this policy.

 

The secretary will be responsible to maintain the entire handbook and shall, upon request by any member, provide copies of other reports and documents when requested.
